"Fankled Flooers" Handmade Cotton Wash Bag
“Fankled Flooers” from my Tales of Hame collection. Handmade 13cmx26cm cotton washbag.
I believe textiles are a canvas for storytelling, and each of my designs take inspiration from an experience or a memory. Whilst creating this piece I was thinking of the gardens I grew-up playing in that my Dad tended too. “Fankled” in Scots means “Tangled” and “Flooers” is “Flowers”. Each Summer and Autumn the gardens were bursting with colourful flowers and hedgerows that I could play hide-n-seek in.
Beautifully sewn to the highest standards using 100% Cotton outer that showcases the design. Lined with a 2oz poly lining in white and matching white zip.
Makeup pouches, cosmetic bags and wash travel bags – whatever you call them, these bags have you covered.
The washbags are wrapped in tissue paper ready to give as a gift for a loved one or a treat for yourself. Items are shipped using Second Class Signed For via Royal Mail.
