Delivery Information
All orders are carefully wrapped in tissue with paper washi tape and posted in a recycled and recyclable cardboard box.
Free Standard UK Delivery: We are delighted to offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £30. Simply use the code
FREEDELIVERYat checkout.Standard Delivery (for orders under £30): Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For. A flat rate of £4.85 applies to all orders with a total weight under 5kg. This covers most items, including our tea towels and notebooks.
Small Item Delivery: For very light items like a single greeting card or small art print, a reduced shipping cost of £1.95 applies. Shipped via Royal Mail First Class Large Letter.
Special Delivery: For larger items such as lampshades and cushions, a special delivery rate of £15.00 applies. This is to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.
All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery after dispatch.
Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return your product to us for a refund.
Returns Window: We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.
Return Conditions: For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original, unused condition. This means it must not be used, changed, washed, or otherwise manipulated. Products must also be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds: We will issue a full refund for the cost of the product only. Original postage costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after cancellation to the account the order was originally paid from.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
Process: Products cannot be returned without prior written consent from Jane Gray Design. To begin a return, please contact us via our contact form or email us at info@janegraydesign.com to request a return. Please include your name and order number in your request.
Exclusions: We are unable to accept returns on any commissioned or custom-made pieces, such as bespoke lampshades or personalised illustrations. These items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are found to be faulty upon arrival.
