Delivery Information

We take great care in packaging your pieces so they arrive safely while keeping our footprint on the planet as light as possible.

  • Free Standard UK Delivery: We are delighted to offer free standard UK delivery on all orders totaling £30 or more. Simply use the code FREEDELIVERY at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery (Orders under £30): To help reduce environmental waste and keep costs fair, our delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total size and weight of your basket. If you mix and match different items, or buy multiples, your postage will automatically adjust to the correct tier:

    • Greeting Cards (From £1.55): Shipped plastic-free via Royal Mail 2nd Class. (Multiples or mixed orders will automatically scale up to Tracked 48).

    • Mid-Sized Items (£2.85): Includes Travel Bags, Tea Towels, and A4 Prints. Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for your peace of mind.

    • Larger/Bulky Items (£3.65): Includes Tote Bags and A3 Prints (shipped in protective tubes). Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Small Parcel.

  • Premium Gift Wrapping Add-on (+£4.00): Sending your order directly to someone special, or simply want to treat yourself to a beautiful unboxing experience? You can select our Gift Wrap add-on at checkout. Your items will be elegantly wrapped in crisp tissue paper, sealed with decorative washi tape, and beautifully presented in recycled, plastic-free gift packaging.

  • Special Delivery (£15.00): For our largest, most delicate items such as lampshades and cushions, a special delivery rate applies to ensure your order arrives completely safe and secure.

Dispatch Times: All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Please allow 2–5 days for delivery after your order has been shipped.

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return your product to us for a refund.

  • Returns Window: We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

  • Return Conditions: For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original, unused condition. This means it must not be used, changed, washed, or otherwise manipulated. Products must also be returned in their original packaging.

  • Refunds: We will issue a full refund for the cost of the product only. Original postage costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after cancellation to the account the order was originally paid from.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

  • Process: Products cannot be returned without prior written consent from Jane Gray Design. To begin a return, please contact us via our contact form or email us at info@janegraydesign.com to request a return. Please include your name and order number in your request.

  • Exclusions: We are unable to accept returns on any commissioned or custom-made pieces, such as bespoke lampshades or personalised illustrations. These items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are found to be faulty upon arrival.
